Scal display problems in IE8

Hello,
wether I open scal in IE8 on my homepage or on yours, the calendar header will be displayed false.
For example, I made a screenshot of your site wich you can find on
The calendar header is not displayed correct. In FireFox, the calendar will displayed fine.
If I modifiy .googleblue .calheader{, .googleblue .caltitle{ and .googleblue .calcontrol{, the changes (i.e setting of background-color) will be displayed in FF, but not in IE8.
Is there any way to fix this problem?

Update to 1.6.1
I can confirm that Prototype 1.6.1 does the trick.
At the time of writing you can get it from here:

Have you tried updating prototype.js to the last version 1.6? It worked for me :)
