I'm the "Google Calendar" builder guy. I'm trying to get a planner very much like Google calendar in my application. I can prefix every event with some sort of timestamp, but I think it would be great if each event had a more specialized handling of time (put it in a special place on the box depending on time, formatted differently.) My next few posts will probably be about adding a "Daily", "Weekly", "Agenda" view just like Google calendar. I can try to build some of these features myself and submit them to the project team. This project seems fairly active, so if these features get added they make my application easier to build.
Can we add time of occurrence to the vents in a day?

Agenda Views in Scal
Thanks for posting. This is a suggestion we've had before via email. At the time, the project team decided to pass on adding this functionality to scal as the control is primarily a date picker that happens to have some basic calendaring functions.
It's certainly a good idea though. If you develop additional date handling code like this, we'd love to see it.
